For me, good food and very easy to order by kiosk. The butter chicken rice bowl is spicy for me. And in lunchtime the customers maybe crowded and food may served not very fast.

We’re so grateful to Chaiiwala Manchester for their incredibly generous donation of 20 cups of karak chai for our Gaza Quilting Workshop at the University of Manchester! ???????? Special thanks to Usman (Operational Area Manager) for supporting our cause so kindly - and to the amazing staff members Laraib & Sufyaan who personally carried the chai urn to the Students’ Union and made sure everything was perfect. Their communication, warmth and dedication meant so much to us! The chai was delicious - rich, comforting, and full of flavour. Everyone loved it and it brought such a cosy touch to our gathering. Highly recommend this branch - not just for the chai, but for the heart behind the service. Jazakum Allahu khairan! Will definitely be back again soon! @zahrasociety

Great service. Amazing staff. Open 7 days a week including bank holidays. Chaiiwala’s breakfast offerings will Turkey impress with their vibrant presentation and bold flavors. The desi breakfast platter is a standout, featuring perfectly spiced chickpeas, a soft paratha, and an omelette oozing with cheese and masala. The addition of toast and hash browns adds a fusion twist to this classic. Their karak chai, served steaming hot, is the perfect companion, rich and subtle sweetness. For a sweet treat, the churros-style dessert topped with cream and chocolate is delightful. The variety, freshness, and impeccable flavors make Chaiiwala a fantastic choice for breakfast without breaking bank, blending tradition and modernity in every bite with decent loyalty reward program.

Chaiiwala is my go-to when I want to have breakfast out—the food is tasty and worth the money. I’ve always received great service as well—shoutout to Zuraiz! He’s thorough and friendly. Finally, this branch itself is clean and a nice place to eat. I would definitely visit again.

Chicken Tikka Biryani was bursting with rich flavors and perfectly cooked chicken , a true delight. The Banana Milk Cake was soft, moist, and had a refreshing sweetness. Sahithi, the lady handling customer service, was polite and efficient in communication. She ensured everything was served well and on time. Overall, a great food experience with excellent service!

Pretty good cafe! Had great vegan chai, veg sandwich, and iced lemon tea (black). Teas were sweetened just right! Skip the toast/rusk, unless you like cake flavor. There isn’t any table service.
